All teachers are attentive to the general needs of the children.  As the primary school is separated into Year groups, it is possible for teachers to get to know very large numbers of the students even if they do not teach them.  PSHE is embedded into the daily curriculum in primary through circle time and daily interaction.

Staff come into contact with all of the students during break times, after school duties and extra-curricular activities. Students are encouraged to speak to their class teacher as their first point of reference for any problem or difficulty they encounter.

Thereafter, they may seek out the Year Co-ordinator or any teacher that they would wish to talk to, in seeking advice.

Parents are encouraged to talk to the class teacher and then the Year Co-ordinator before meeting with the school senior leaders.

Counselling services are available.
